At Avila Skin Studio, our goal is to pamper you while providing serious skin care services that get results!  To help us do that, we need to keep the lines of communications.  We also need to see you for regular skin care visits.

Here you’ll find everything you need to get started with Avila Skin Studio as well as information that is helpful to our ongoing relationship.

For New Clients

Welcome to Avila Skin Studio.  We are glad to have you and look forward to helping you achieve your goals with some serious skin care services!  Before your visit, please download our client in-take form, complete it and bring it with you to your appointment. Please try to provide as much detail as you can.  Having a full understanding of your skin care goals and current regime, will help us best determine what you need going forward.

Preparing for Your Visit

New clients – Please complete the client in-take form above and bring it with you to your first visit.

Clients receiving a chemical peel  – Please discontinue use of Retinol and/or any other vitamin A derivative products for one week prior to the service.  Also, refrain from exfoliating one week prior to your service.

Client receiving hair removal services with sugaring – If you are getting hair removal done on your face, please discontinue use of Retinol or any other vitamin A derivative products one week prior to your service.  If you are getting hair removal services on your body, please come to your appointment without lotion or deodorant.

Parents of Clients – If you are bringing your child in for services, please be aware that you must remain present throughout the duration of your child’s appointment. You are welcome to bring your phone, laptop or something to do but I ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from making calls while in my facility.

Appointments

You can schedule an appointment with Avila Skin Studio online or by calling the studio at (469) 283-8185.  All appointments scheduled must be secured with a credit card.  Please see our etiquette and policies page for more details. 

 

As of January 1, 2017, we’ve implement a firm cancellation policy.  This policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.
